복용방법

1회 섭취시 한 스쿱을 4~6 OZ, 또는 두 스쿱을 8~12 OZ의 차가운 물이나 저지방 우유에 컵이나 쉐어커컵에 타서 드시면 됩니다.
식사 사이, 그리고 운동 후에 드시면 됩니다. 하루에 8~10 잔 정도의 물을 드시는 것이 좋습니다.
최적의 결과를 위해서, 하루 4스쿱씩 최소 6주 이상 사용하시는 것이 좋습니다.
